01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from the Graphicxell website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
02. Conditions
All Graphicxell products are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
The rights granted to customers depend on the type of product and license purchased.
03. Proprietary Rights
Standard Font License
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Graphicxell fonts are licensed, not sold.
You do not acquire ownership rights in or to any standard Graphicxell font product. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, convert, duplicate, or modify our standard font products beyond the rights granted under the applicable license.
Custom Typeface Buyout Exception
A custom typeface purchased under a separate Buyout / Exclusive Typeface Agreement is an exception to these standard restrictions.
Upon full payment, the Client receives the agreed transferable economic and intellectual property rights in the custom typeface, as specified in the applicable Buyout Agreement.
For a custom typeface covered by a Buyout Agreement, the Buyout Agreement shall prevail over these standard proprietary-rights restrictions in the event of any conflict.
04. Refunds and Chargebacks
Standard Font Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases of standard font products are generally final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund after purchase.
Any refund provided for a standard font product shall be at the sole discretion of Graphicxell.
Custom Typeface Projects
Payments made for a custom typeface project, including deposits and final payments, are governed by the applicable Custom Typeface Agreement or Buyout Agreement.
The terms of the applicable project agreement shall prevail over these standard refund provisions in the event of any conflict.
You agree not to initiate an unauthorized chargeback for a valid payment made under these Terms & Conditions or an applicable project agreement.
05. Trademarks
The Graphicxell name, logo, and other Graphicxell trademarks may not be used without the express written permission of Graphicxell.
This restriction does not affect any rights expressly transferred to a Client under a separate Custom Typeface Buyout Agreement.
